Beer Can Series
Hyannis Yacht Club Ocean Racing Fleet conducts “Beer Can” Races every Wednesday evening at 1800 in June, July and August. This is a great opportunity to match your sailing skills against other sailors in a light-hearted environment. There are 3 month-long series and an overall season series with trophies awarded to the top finishers in each class (Spinnaker (A) and Non-Spinnaker (B).
This season, we will also have a small trophy for weekly winners of each class plus one crew award. After dinner is served each race, it is hoped that all can gather for the 3 awards and the winning Skipper de-briefs to assist our new Skippers and Crews.
